3 Works collection

 Collection
Identifier: AG 160

Scope and Contents

The 3 Works collection contains 1 CD-ROM of works by Stephen Axelrad, MANUAL (Suzanne Bloom and Ed Hill), and Esther Parada. (1 CD-ROM [Macintosh]).

In 1989 the University of California/California Museum of Photography received a National Endowment for the Arts Visual Artist Forum grant. Each artist had a residency at the museum in 1990 and “harvested” images from the historical collections to be incorporated into new works of art. This CD-ROM is the product of the grant and is an original work of art.
