Scope and Contents
Alongside its opening, the Center for Creative Photography established an oral history collection, which includes taped interviews, lectures, and video with noted figures in photography. This audiovisual collection provides a unique way to study the history and views about the evolution of modern photography. Series one includes recordings created or hosted by the Center for Creative Photography and/or University of Arizona staff. Not all recordings have been filmed onsite at the Center; some recordings have been filmed on the University of Arizona campus as well as locations off-campus and out-of-state.
Please contact an archivist regarding access and use of these recordings, as some recordings have copyright permission requirements. Not all recordings have been digitized and may require reformatting before access is possible. Please allow 2-4 weeks depending on media format.
